Just finished a revision of my setting of Henley's 'Invictus' from 2013 - the first time I've ever revisited or revised an old work. Do I know any #Tenors who fancy having a crack at it...? ... See MoreSee Less

Happy (535th) Birthday, Martin Luther! Born on this day in 1483. I forgot to get you a card, so hopefully this performance of Mendelssohn's 5th Symphony (which is based on a really good tune you wrote at some point in the 1520s) will suffice. Many happy returns!

Really thrilled to be able to share a video performance of my 'Soliloquy' for solo piano' and electronics. This piece has taken more than a year to reach this stage (through various versions) - far longer than any other piece I've written. It has quite a long story to it, which I might write up and share at some point soon. For now, please give this a listen!

(Thank you to Asher Oliver for helping me to get this footage...!)

It's exactly one year since The King's Singers released #GOLD. I can't express how grateful I am for everything they have done for me, and am still humbled that they chose me to compose a new work for their incredible triple-album. You can listen to my 'Master of Music' here:
